Lamar Odom may have just taken a huge step on the road to recovery.
On Friday morning, it was reported that Lamar's heart was responding, which was a very positive development, but shortly after that, there was even bigger, BETTER news.E! News is exclusively reporting that Lamar opened his eyes, saw Khloe Kardashian(who has remained at his bedside since Tuesday night), said "hey, baby" and then gave her a thumbs up before going back to sleep.
This is a huge development for the former NBA star who has been in a coma since Tuesday evening. He has also reportedly had his breathing tube removed, which is another encouraging step in the right direction.
A spokesperson for Lamar's aunt told Entertainment Tonight that the 35-year-old said "good morning" and gave a thumbs up when the doctor came in and asked him how he was doing this morning. There were also reports that Lamar communicated that he wanted to see his children when he was asked, but it was not revealed whether he communicated verbally or using body language in that particular instance.
