The singer has just filed a lawsuit against DJ David Mueller, who she believes lifted up her skirt at a Denver concert photo op in 2013 and grabbed her butt, even though he totally denies it! She now wants a jury trial because she claims she was ‘offended’ and ‘upset’ by the incident.

Don’t mess with Taylor Swift. The singer is now countersuing DJ David Mueller, who initially filed a lawsuit against Taylor after he was fired from his job for allegedly grabbing her buttocks. He was looking for lost wages upwards of $150,000 but Taylor said not so fast and drafted up her own lawsuit because she firmly believes that Mr. Mueller did indeed get handsy with her backstage, even though he totally denies it.
