Jennifer Lopez is so fierce! The 46-year-old took the stage in a jaw-dropping opening number at the 2015 AMAs that showcased her unbelievable dance moves as she danced through the biggest songs of the past year. There were so many amazing moments and outfit changes galore! JLo was funny, charming and blindingly beautiful at the AMAs. Her contagious personality lit up the screen and we can totally see why she was picked to host this year. Below are HollywoodLife.com‘s top fave JLo moments from the AMAs!
1. Kicking off with her slowed down version of “Waiting For Tonight” was epic. Can you believe that song made its debut 16 years ago? Well, she proved that true hits have no time stamp and she was able to show off her amazing vocals!
2. Her dance moves were amazing! She did an opening dance number where she choreographedmoves to songs like: “Anaconda,” “7/11,” “Bad Blood,” and even made us laugh while she danced to Drake‘s “Hotline Bling.” But we have to admit the most amazing part was when she ended it with dollar bills flying everywhere to Rihanna‘s “BBHMM!”
3. JLo’s outfits were amazing! From her pink ball gown when announcing the first presenter to her cleavage baring gold number — we were so envious of her outfits! JLo looks great in everything and half the fun of the show was seeing what she was going to wear next!
4. Only Jennifer can wear a bathrobe and a towel on her head and look totally glam. She was standing next to Demi Lovato backstage and looked simply stunning. We love that JLo is willing to have fun while hosting, that’s what it’s all about!
5. She recovered from a stumble like a pro! She was about to announce some of the nominees but she couldn’t read the teleprompter! She immediately played it cool and said, “I have a lot of jobs, okay! Right now, I have a lot going on … you asked me to do this (laughing) I said okay … I’m new at this!” JLo, you were amazing!!!!
